Scheme document
The Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission Scheme operates according to the terms of the Scheme document or constitution. This has changed several times over the years. The current version is at the top of the list.
The Scheme document effective from 1 April 2011 is found here. This document is dated 7 April 2011 because the amendments to remove the power of the Board to expel members come into force on that date. All other clauses in the scheme document come into effect on 1 April 2011.

The Constitution effective from 1 December 2010 to 31 March 2011 is found here. This document added jurisdiction for complaints about reticulated LPG.
The Constitution effective from 1 November 2010 to 30 November 2010 is found here. This document made the changes associated with the passing of the Electricity Industry Act 2010.
