Addition of the Land Code to the Scheme (effective 1 October 2006)

The Land Code Working Group is currently proposing to expand the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner Scheme to include complaints from land owners and occupiers. As part of the scheme’s constitutional processes, the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission is undertaking formal consultation with stakeholders.
